“Overall the property was very nice. But the cabin we stayed in had very small ants running around. Some of the staff was new and didn’t know some of the details, which is ok but you need to be patient.”

“The Captain's House is a great place for a family or a sailboat race crew. It has plenty of space, a nice kitchen, it's clean and well appointed, and Jason is very good to work with. We have stayed in Deltaville 7 times... the last 2 at Jason's place. It very fairly priced, and we will try to stay there again next year (Labor Day regatta) if it's available.”

“Carinissima questa teenyhouse, completa di ogni accessorio necessario per il soggiorno. Confortevole è stato come essere a casa. Lisa è stata una host favolosa.”

“This spot was perfect for what my husband and I were looking for...quiet and near water. Barry was very friendly and helpful, giving tips about fishing from his dock. The room was spacious and had everything we needed in it. Would definitely stay again!”

“The house is great. Very clean and the A/C works great! I was surprised that the dock ended abruptly and is blocked. We were there to fish and crab, but fishing was more about getting snagged because we couldn't cast from the end of the dock. Jelly fish were by the hundreds in the water. Not any issue of the property owner just disappointing for anyone wanting to swim. Closet swim beach that is useable by renters is about a 12 minute drive. Wake Beach is about 100 yards of sandy beach...

“Charming spacious accommodation. Perfect for a getaway to the Bay. Would look forward to staying again. Hosts are very friendly and excellent on communication.”

“Great central location for exploring the area and restaurants. Walked to the Maritime Museum and through its educational trail. Deltaville Tap room and Raw Bar close by. House is very clean and comfortable.”

“The property was everything we wanted. It was very clean and comfortable and the A/C worked very well. The dock area was big and new. We caught our own crabs right from the dock and had a fresh crab boil for supper. Make sure you bring lights if you plan on using the dock at night. The stairs leading to dock are lit up but the dock is not. The covered deck was nice for early morning coffee and enjoying the outdoors in the midst of an afternoon shower. The tandem kayak was fun for my husband and...

“We loved our getaway weekend at this property. The home was spacious and immaculate with every possible amenity. The yard was beautifully landscaped with many spots to enjoy. The kids had fun with the kayaks on the creek. Fishing and crabbing were priorities. Looking forward to another visit.”

“Great little getaway”

“PERFECT fit for our weekend away! We’ll be back!”

“Spent a weekend here with friends and it was great. The only reason we rate it 4 stars instead of 5 is because due to an unforeseen maintenance issue, the pool was not accessible for the duration of the stay. The host was able to provide pool passes for the town pool located around the corner from the house and was able to help us out on the cost per night since a main reason we booked was to be able to relax by our own pool. The dock was relaxing and provided great wildlife from herons and...

“We enjoyed our stay at Honeysuckle Rd, The cottage was prefect for me and my wife.”

“Beautiful home and setting to visit Urbanna. ”
