“Overall the property was very nice. But the cabin we stayed in had very small ants running around. Some of the staff was new and didn’t know some of the details, which is ok but you need to be patient.”

“The Captain's House is a great place for a family or a sailboat race crew. It has plenty of space, a nice kitchen, it's clean and well appointed, and Jason is very good to work with. We have stayed in Deltaville 7 times... the last 2 at Jason's place. It very fairly priced, and we will try to stay there again next year (Labor Day regatta) if it's available.”

“Most important thing for me when staying somewhere is it has to be clean, this place was spotless. Has all the appliances you will need and a ton of kitchen utensils. A short drive or walk for some really good eateries or some beautiful waterfront views. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any and everyone. Definitely 5stars.”

“The property was everything we wanted. It was very clean and comfortable and the A/C worked very well. The dock area was big and new. We caught our own crabs right from the dock and had a fresh crab boil for supper. Make sure you bring lights if you plan on using the dock at night. The stairs leading to dock are lit up but the dock is not. The covered deck was nice for early morning coffee and enjoying the outdoors in the midst of an afternoon shower. “My wife and I wanted to explore the NN region and started with Urbanna at this lovely house. Urbanna is charming and the house has a secluded, yet connected feel to the town. The view in the listing is understated -- it is fabulous. The house was well set up for weekenders and I can't think of anything I would change. This was an October stay, so temps were perfect and humidity was low. We plan to come back if possible!”
